INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Usually arrives in 7-14 business days to most international destinations. We ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia and all other countries.

RETURNS: Your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed. If you are not happy with your jewelry selection you must email us within three days of receipt. Please have your invoice ready so we can obtain the information required to process your return.

All items must be returned in their original condition meaning that the wrap/package for the jewelry must not be tapered with or opened. Returns must be unopened and in their original condition. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of of 20% or $4.95 per-item (which ever is greater). Again, please make sure that the package isn't opened since we can't resale used merchandise to our clients. Items that are open will be charged an additional penalty*.
